About The Position

The client you will be working for has a revolving task to make operators successful and provide end-users with an excellent user experience by offering flawless and localized Live Casino. Their vision is to maintain and strengthen their position as the number one live casino provider in the world as the gaming market evolves globally. The Malta studio broadcasts in 18 languages, and our team represents over 40 different nationalities, making the work environment truly dynamic and international.

As an Online Game Presenter, it is your responsibility that poker, blackjack, and roulette games are dealt correctly. At the same time, it is your responsibility that the online players at your table receive an international experience.

You will spend most of your workday in front of the camera, hosting the game and interacting with players. This job will help you improve your presentation skills and multitasking abilities. As a game show presenter, you will take presenting to a whole new level.

You will engage in lively, bustling, and interactive conversations with the players at the table, taking the gaming experience to a new level through your energy and personality, as well as your entertainment skills. We do not require any specific work experience, but we do favor applicants who have worked part-time for at least a year or two, in customer service roles.

Your first three weeks of employment with us will be spent in our academy, where you will learn to host blackjack and roulette games and how to behave in front of the camera.

Requirements

• Must have valid travel documents.
• Require a valid police clearance certificate.
• Require a written reference from your last employer.
• Native Finnish speaker (spoken and written).
• Fluent English speaker (strong B2 level).
• Service-minded with strong communication and customer handling skills online.
• Quick learner, flexible, and a team player.
• Professional, mature, and a natural ability to follow work regulations.
• Must be a performer at heart.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities
