About The Position

MySpectrum is seeking licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) in Virginia for a Remote Online EMDR Telehealth Therapist position. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with a steady stream of clients and income, handling the clinical work while MySpectrum manages the business aspects like credentialing, billing, marketing, and scheduling. The company focuses on providing outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults across various spectrums (Autism, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, Whole Life). They are looking for diverse, passionate therapists who are comfortable with virtual engagement and innovative treatment methods, aiming to reduce therapy stigma and serve clients who face barriers to traditional therapy. Therapists can build their client base remotely, with an option to visit a home office in North Chesterfield, VA, for in-person support.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia, and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Must have high-speed internet access
• Must have HIPAA protected space to use on a consistent basis for sessions
• Must be comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute blocks
• Complete Assessments
• Complete Treatment Plans
• Complete Progress Notes
• Provide input about the best strategies, techniques, and services to offer to help as many people as possible
