About The Position

Globe Life AO is expanding its virtual team and seeking motivated, dependable, and people-focused individuals to join us as Entry-Level Remote Agents / Client Success Specialists. You'll work virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits, helping them understand their options, answering questions, assisting with enrollment, and providing continued client support. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be physically located within the United States
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
  • Maintain reliable high-speed internet
  • Have webcam and microphone capability
  • Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
  • Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone
  • Be willing to complete required training
  • Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, administration, call centers, military service, client relations, financial services, or sales can be helpful—but is not required.
  • Value work ethic, communication skills, professionalism, coachability, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Connect With Clients Virtually: Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments. Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits. Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities. Answer questions professionally and clearly. Create a positive and personalized client experience. Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Educate & Assist Families: Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options. Help clients understand benefit and coverage information. Identify individual and family protection needs. Recommend appropriate solutions based on those needs. Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment. Complete required documentation accurately.
  • Provide Ongoing Customer Service: Conduct policy reviews. Assist with beneficiary updates. Respond to policy and coverage questions. Provide ongoing follow-up and client support. Maintain accurate digital client records. Manage appointments and schedules. Follow company procedures and applicable state insurance requirements.
  • Qualified Client Opportunities – No Traditional Cold Calling: Representatives connect with individuals who have requested information regarding available benefits. Your focus is on: Connect → Understand Needs → Educate → Recommend Solutions → Enroll → Provide Ongoing Service. There is no requirement to purchase leads.
