Responsibilities
- Engage Virtually with Clients: Connect with clients through Zoom and phone consultations to understand their goals and provide personalized support and benefit solutions.
- Develop Industry Knowledge: Learn financial and insurance strategies that help clients make informed decisions while building your own professional expertise.
- Build Long-Term Relationships: Create trust and loyalty through consistent communication, follow-up support, and exceptional customer service.
- Continue Growing Professionally: Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development designed to help you remain competitive and successful.
- Collaborate in a Remote Environment: Work alongside a motivated, energetic team where collaboration, mentorship, and support drive growth and success.
- Communicate with clients through phone and Zoom consultations
- Respond to inquiries and schedule virtual appointments
- Present and explain insurance products and benefit options clearly and professionally
- Guide clients through applications and enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate communication and follow-up support
- Participate in optional training and development sessions
