Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• No prior experience required — entry level welcome
• Strong written communication and basic grammar skills
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online tools

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient and client inquiries through our online chat platform
• Provide basic information on services, scheduling, and general support
• Direct complex or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team or department
• Accurately log and document all chat interactions in our system
• Follow company scripts, guidelines, and communication standards
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
• Participate in onboarding training and ongoing coaching sessions
