About The Position
Evolution is expanding its on-screen live entertainment team and is looking for customer-service minded individuals to host online casino games from its Philadelphia broadcasting studio. No formal casino experience is required. Candidates must be 21 years of age or older to obtain the required Gaming Licenses. Ideal candidates should have high energy, a customer service background, strong communication skills, and be comfortable interacting with a live digital audience. Online casino dealers host classic games like Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat with state-of-the-art broadcasting equipment out of the Philadelphia studio, providing an immersive gaming experience to players worldwide. The role involves following a screen prompter and interacting with players who are live streaming games from their computers, tablets, and smartphones.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older to obtain the required Gaming Licenses.
- High energy.
- Customer service background.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with a live digital audience.
- Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables.
- Repeated use of both hands and arms.
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities.
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away.
- Ability to communicate one way verbally to players.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe).
- Ability to work a full time schedule.
- Weekend Availability A MUST.
