OneStream Senior Manager / Practice Lead

Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance transformation, financial systems, EPM, or consulting, with progression into client-facing leadership roles.
- Hands-on OneStream experience, including implementation, configuration, reporting, architecture, or production support.
- Experience leading workstreams or full lifecycle implementations with accountability for delivery outcomes.
- Strong understanding of close and consolidation, FP&A, financial reporting, record-to-report, and finance operating models.
- Experience supporting or leading sales pursuits, proposals, demos, estimates, and executive presentations.
- Ability to engage senior finance stakeholders and translate business priorities into practical solution roadmaps.
- Experience leading distributed teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid client delivery model, including travel as required, up to approximately 80% during peak phases.
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.

- Active OneStream certifications or multiple end-to-end OneStream implementations.
- Experience working with OneStream alliance, sales, or product teams.
- Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365, Anaplan, Oracle Cloud EPM, Pigment, or adjacent finance platforms.
- Experience developing offerings, demos, accelerators, thought leadership, or client event content.
- CPA, MBA, or other advanced finance credentials.
Responsibilities
- Help lead and scale Accenture’s OneStream practice, with responsibility across sales, delivery, solution leadership, talent development, and market activation.
- Shape and pursue OneStream opportunities across finance transformation, planning, close, consolidation, reporting, and analytics.
- Partner with Accenture account teams to identify demand and position OneStream as part of broader CFO transformation programs.
- Lead or support pursuits, including demos, solution design, estimates, proposals, oral presentations, and executive conversations.
- Help grow the OneStream pipeline through client relationships, alliance collaboration, and market-facing eminence.
- Lead OneStream-enabled finance transformation engagements from strategy and design through implementation, go-live, and value realization.
- Guide solution architecture across workflows, cubes, business rules, dashboards, integrations, reporting, and analytics.
- Manage delivery quality, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead hybrid delivery teams across client, Accenture, OneStream, and third-party resources.
- Embed AI-native thinking into OneStream solutions, including predictive forecasting, intelligent close, GenAI copilots, and advanced analytics.
- Help clients understand how OneStream can enable more automated, predictive, and insight-driven finance capabilities.
- Translate CFO priorities into scalable process, data, operating model, and technology solutions.
- Help shape Accenture’s OneStream offerings, demos, accelerators, and go-to-market plays.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, certification planning, and skills development for OneStream practitioners.
- Build relationships with OneStream alliance, sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Represent Accenture in OneStream campaigns, webinars, client events, conferences, and OneStream Splash.
