About The Position

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance. As a OneStream Junior Developer - Consulting Services on Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting the configuration, development, testing, and deployment of OneStream applications for planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting use cases. You will develop and maintain business rules, workflows, dashboards, reports, and data integrations within OneStream environments. You will translate documented business and functional requirements into technical configurations and solution components. You will perform unit testing, defect resolution, and deployment support across implementation and enhancement activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to document solution design, validate outputs, and support client deliverables.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Mathematics
2+ years of experience developing, implementing, or supporting EPM applications like OneStream, Oracle Cloud EPM, Hyperion, TM1, or SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BCP)
2+ years of experience creating business rules and performing data management in OneStream, Oracle Cloud EPM, Hyperion, TM1, or SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BCP)
Experience translating documented business requirements into technical design, configuration, or development tasks
Experience testing, troubleshooting, and resolving application defects or data issues in enterprise systems
Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Experience supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial close, or consolidation processes
Experience with Structured Query Language, Visual Basic .NET, or application programming interface-based integrations
