One on One Caregiver

About The Position
We are looking for dependable and compassionate Caregivers who are comfortable providing both companionship and hands-on assistance to clients in their homes.
Requirements
- Professional or personal caregiving experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Dementia/Alzheimer's experience is a plus
- CNA/LNA certification is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional
- Genuine desire to help others
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Active automobile insurance required
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Comfortable using a smartphone for clock-in/out and documentation
Nice To Haves
- Dementia/Alzheimer's experience
- CNA/LNA certification
Responsibilities
- Personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Companionship and conversation
- Meal preparation and assistance with meals
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Transportation to appointments
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Smartphone-based visit documentation
