Remote Oncology Utilization Reviewer (Minnesota Licensed) - 1099 Contractor
About The Position
MRIoA is seeking Board-Certified physicians in Oncology to conduct independent Utilization Reviews. This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity requiring just 1–2 hours per week with no minimum commitment. The role involves conducting independent Utilization Reviews and requires a Medical Degree (MD or DO), a current unencumbered Minnesota medical license, and current Board Certification in Oncology. Additionally, candidates must have 5 years of clinical experience (residency included) and daytime availability for peer-to-peer conversations. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity, and workers must adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding sensitive health information.
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Current Minnesota unencumbered medical license
- Current Board Certification in Oncology
- 5 years of clinical experience, residency to be included
- Daytime availability for peer-to-peer conversations
- Adherence to all applicable HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding confidentiality, privacy, and security of sensitive health information.
