About The Position
Arise CareStaff is hiring Oncology (ONC) Registered Nurses (RN) to work for our client hospital in San Jose, CA. This is a travel position with a start date of 09/22/2026 and a duration of 13 weeks. The assignment involves computer charting using Epic. The role offers a choice of Day or Night shifts.
Requirements
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification by the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an Oncology (ONC) Registered Nurse
- ONC Certification
Responsibilities
- Administer chemotherapy and other cancer treatments.
- Monitor patients' conditions and side effects.
- Educate patients and their families about cancer and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting system.
