The Knight Cancer Institute Outpatient Clinics deliver comprehensive care to adult ambulatory patients diagnosed with a wide range of cancers, including solid tumors and benign hematology. We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Thoracic, Head & Neck Program. This Clinical Associate-APP provides care in conjunction with a team comprised of physicians, APPs, RN coordinators, and other allied health professionals. APPs may practice both independently or in a shared-care model with physicians, as determined by the needs of the team. Additionally, this APP will perform procedures and may intermittently provide oversight to the infusion unit. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and demonstrate clinical knowledge and oncologic experience to support a complex patient population. The Clinical Associate-APP delivers care aligned with a defined scope of practice in Outpatient Adult Medical Oncology, with work expectations operationalized through departmental workflows, productivity standards, and performance expectations consistent with the collective bargaining agreement and institutional policies. This role is structured to meet contract-defined work expectations, inclusive of daytime coverage, aligned with the clinical coverage model and patient care needs of the service. A fixed schedule will be determined at the time of hire and may include evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.
