Oncology Nursing Assistant Part Time Nights
About The Position
Baptist Health Floyd is seeking a Part-Time (24 Hours Weekly), Nights Nursing Assistant for its Oncology Unit. The Nursing Assistant functions as an on-shift team member under the direction of the nurse, providing delegated aspects of patient care and routine non-patient care unit maintenance tasks. The Oncology Unit, also known as 2A, is a 10-bed unit that provides care to Chemotherapy/Cancer Support/Hospice/Telemetry/Post-Op patients. Nurses on this unit have the opportunity to build their skill set in a med/surg atmosphere while also developing specialty skills related to chemotherapy and oncology care.
Requirements
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma/equivalent or CNA preferred
Responsibilities
