Oncology Nurse Weekend Only Days
About The Position
Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Oncology Unit (2A) at Baptist Health Floyd. This is a part-time (24 Hours Weekly) position with Weekend Only Work (WOW) shifts, offering benefit eligibility. The RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge, functioning as an on-shift team member to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers. The Oncology Unit is a 10-bed unit providing care to Chemotherapy/Cancer Support/Hospice/Telemetry/Post-Op patients. Nurses can build their skill set in a med/surg atmosphere while developing specialty skills related to chemotherapy and oncology care. New Graduate LPNs and RNs are welcome.
Requirements
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
- Chemo Certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire).
