About The Position

Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a dedicated Hematology-Oncology NP or PA to join their patient-centered team in Santa Cruz. This role is a vital part of their cancer program, working alongside expert physicians to provide compassionate, high-level care to the coastal community. Requirements

• Possess a valid and unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for licensure)
• BE/BC AOCNP or Oncology PA
• 1-2 years of experience in specialty preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for hematology and oncology patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and management of treatment plans.
• Perform clinical procedures and manage follow-up care in the clinic and infusion center.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team during weekly tumor boards and survivorship planning.
• Partner with patients and families to navigate the rapid diagnosis clinic and supportive services.
• Foster a positive provider culture focused on innovation and clinical excellence.
