Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification/licensure
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Interest in developing long-term patient relationships within the community
- MS: Nursing (Required)
- NP - Nurse Practitioner Certification - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
- RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
- Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
Nice To Haves
- Oncology or hematology experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary cancer care model
