About The Position
This position focuses on providing follow-up care for established oncology patients at 3, 6, and 12-month intervals. Follow-ups will primarily involve patients currently on treatment, pending candidate qualifications.
Requirements
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Eligible for Oregon and Washington licenses
- Eligible for DEA registration for both Oregon and Washington
