Responsibilities

  • Focus on follow-up appointments for patients on treatment, scheduled at intervals of 3, 6, and 12 months.
  • Engage in coordination of care through emails with ancillary services.
  • Responsible for ordering oncology-related tests and refilling prescriptions.
  • Manage a patient panel composed of follow-up and on-treatment individuals, dependent on candidate’s capabilities.
