About The Position

OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center is Oklahoma’s only National Cancer Institute (NCI)-Designated Cancer Center. This role is within the Clinical Trials Office and offers an opportunity for a dynamic professional at the intersection of patient care, scientific discovery, and operational excellence. The coordinator will be hands-on with oncology research, guiding patients through clinical trials, coordinating study activities, and ensuring adherence to protocol and purpose. This role is vital in recruiting participants, conducting assessments, managing data, supporting follow-up, and serving as a key clinical resource for physicians, nurses, and laboratory teams. This position is for individuals energized by meaningful work, motivated by patient-centered research, and ready to contribute to studies that shape the future of cancer treatment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a health profession or related field
  • 24 months of research program coordination, or clinical experience
  • Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
