About The Position

At ChristianaCare, you’ll do more than coordinate care—you’ll be a trusted guide and advocate, supporting patients and families through one of the most important journeys of their lives. This opportunity is full-time, Monday - Friday, day shift. No weekends, holidays, or on-call required. We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Oncology Clinical Care Coordinator to join our Breast Surgery team and help deliver seamless, patient-centered care in a nationally recognized cancer program.
Requirements
- BSN and 3+ years of clinical nursing experience (oncology preferred)
- Active multi-state RN license and BLS certification
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced oncology environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary nurse contact for our breast surgical oncology patients
- Coordinate care across surgery, oncology, and supportive services
- Educate and support patients and families throughout their cancer journey
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely, high-quality care
- Track patient progress and help remove barriers to treatment
