Requirements
- One year of customer service work experience is required
- Solid understanding of insurance authorization
- Solid understanding of medical terminology
Nice To Haves
- Two years of customer service work experience preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Call Center experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Register patients
- Manage appointments
- Handle insurance verifications
- Collect payments
- Process referrals and pre-authorizations thoroughly and accurately
