About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is a rapidly growing home care agency looking for compassionate caregivers in multiple roles throughout our company. The Basic Function is to provide On-Call support as independently as possible, mostly on weekends, on a per-diem basis. To ensure excellent Customer Service in accordance with the company mission. Responsible for scheduling and supporting Caregivers in coordination with client needs and responding to urgent situations in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

Handle urgent situations through communication, trouble-shooting, caregiver support and scheduling coverage.
Answer all incoming calls, handle all voice mails that come in the non-emergency phone line and respond to visit alerts.
Update EVV to keep accurate log in and log out times with notes in shifts when something is adjusted.
Act as liaison between clients, families and others involved in client care, direct care workers and management.
Advise family or client contact in the event of scheduling changes.
Identify and recommend changes in procedures to management when necessary to improve the quality of services.
Keep current on latest technology to improve business.
Thoroughly and accurately report all weekend activity in On Call format provided.
Utilize Back-Up On Call Supervisor appropriately.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
