About The Position

The OSF OnCall Digital Radiology APN (APN) is a member of a collaborative team responsible for providing virtual care to a diverse patient population across the Ministry through technology in their home environment. The APN will perform a variety of functions including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention within their scope of practice. They will utilize evidence-based care and clinical decision support to guide practice. The role involves ongoing communication and collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, other care team members, patients, and families to promote quality of care. The APN demonstrates service excellence and accountability by recognizing the direct relationship between cost-effective and efficient provision of care and services, including the impact of access to care.
