About The Position

Join our team as a Onboarding Specialist, your critical contribution to the recruitment process will make a significant impact on the community. You will be the driving force behind creating a positive candidate experience and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new employees

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years office administration or Human Resources experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Very strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and effective communication

Responsibilities

• Process new hire paperwork, perform reference checks, and manage background screenings
• Coordinate new employee orientations, and community program logistics, and schedule employee-related activities
• Maintain HRIS entries, manage employee files, and collaborate with corporate departments on audits and benefits
• Assist HR Manager and Director with investigations and handle employee relations issues
