Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous onboarding or HR coordination experience
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR, Workday, Gusto, etc.)
• Organizational superpowers—juggling multiple new hires doesn't faze you.
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping people succeed.
• Creative eye for presentations and materials

• Background in remote team coordination

Responsibilities

• Guide new hires from "signed offer" to "fully integrated team member" with a seamless, stress-free process.
• Deliver engaging orientation sessions that bring our company culture to life.
• Be the trusted point of contact for new employees regarding benefits, policies, and general questions.
• Use HR tech to monitor progress, spot bottlenecks, and continuously improve the onboarding experience based on feedback.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure new hires have the necessary tools, access, and welcome.
• Design onboarding materials, swag experiences, and touchpoints that enhance the new hire experience.
