About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Onboarding Specialist to join our Training and Enablement team. This role is ideal for a professional who is both personable and technically adept, capable of delivering engaging live onboarding sessions while managing and optimizing our learning systems. You will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional onboarding experience for new team members, leveraging tools like Skilljar, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Confluence. This position requires strong attention to detail, a passion for learning technologies, and the ability to work autonomously within a matrixed organization. Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in onboarding, training, or related learning functions.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Skilljar preferred), including setup and administration of structured learning paths.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering live sessions to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Confluence and Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and navigate a matrixed organization.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and informative live onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a positive start to their Level Access journey.
  • Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (Skilljar), including setup, user access, reporting, and administration of role-specific learning paths.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business teams to streamline onboarding processes and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Leverage AI tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, to enhance efficiency in content management and learning delivery.
  • Create and maintain documentation in Confluence, ensuring onboarding resources are accurate and accessible.
  • Gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to continuously improve programs and resources.
  • Support the development and implementation of scalable onboarding processes that align with organizational goals.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and accessibility standards across all onboarding content and communication.
