Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative support capacity, preferably within a large organization.
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in process analysis and improvement.
  • Knowledge in partner onboarding support.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.

Responsibilities

  • Vet businesses brought into the pipeline by verifying and validating business documentation.
  • Verify EIN and articles of organization.
  • Confirm business ownership by verifying business records and personnel.
  • Track background checks using Accurate.
  • Communicate effectively with ADEs, Account Managers, and BDMs.
  • Review business documents and FAQs.
  • Utilize Salesforce, reporting, and Microsoft Excel for various tasks.
  • Review and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide leadership and demonstrate end-to-end workflow knowledge to other Vetting Support team members.
  • Develop, test, and refine new vetting processes for program expansions.
  • Create, execute, and track vetting plans for Delivery Partners using internal tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and collaborate with team members to implement improvements.
  • Define and execute processes independently and autonomously.
  • Create and drive improvements to SOPs addressing gaps in existing processes.
  • Escalate issues and process pain points for resolution and improvement.
  • Identify roadblocks and risks, proposing solutions with team and stakeholder support.
  • Execute process-wide priority projects to enhance operational performance.
  • Provide support for data collection, prepare reports, and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations on routine and predefined tasks.
  • Identify day-to-day operational problems and suggest tactical solutions.
  • Establish key reporting for functional areas and provide reports to senior management and stakeholders.
