Job Summary: The Onboarding Specialist serves as the key outreach and administrative support professional in the Talent & Acquisition department of People & Culture. The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for facilitating the new hire’s onboarding and hiring experience in the end-to-end recruiting process. The Specialist will ensure the candidate’s experience is reflective of the organization’s mission and brand, providing an exceptional experience to both our internal business partners and candidates. The goal is to achieve best-in-class new hire satisfaction in the end-to end onboarding process
