About The Position
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic and impactful environment? We are looking for a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to join our Onsite Services team! In this essential role, you'll be the welcoming face for candidates and clients, administering DOT and Non-DOT drug screenings, LiveScan Fingerprint collections, managing confidential information, and supporting operational success. This position requires high integrity, professionalism, and the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to obtain certification for DOT/Non-DOT Drug Collections
- North Carolina residency and reliable transportation required
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
Nice To Haves
- Experience in background investigations or fingerprinting preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding front-line customer service to applicants and clients
- Administer and manage drug screening processes in accordance with industry regulations
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data and ensure compliance with safety and privacy standards
- Manage call communications using Aircall, scheduling, and tracking applicants through internal systems
- Travel occasionally within North Carolina (mileage reimbursed)
