Ideal candidates have experience with HR/recruiting and are passionate about providing excellent customer service. Candidates should be comfortable presenting training and onboarding guidance in front of a group of people daily. Candidates must be comfortable with computer technology and Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. This is an office position located in Gahanna, OH. Allied Universal is hiring an Onboarding Specialist. The Onboarding Specialist will be the primary proctor of the New Employee Orientation (NEO), the first introduction to the new hire at Allied Universal. The role is set to set the tone for the security professional experience. It is also the first phase of the Security Professional Onboarding and Development program.
