About The Position

We are seeking a warm, articulate individual to conduct brief (15-minute) onboarding calls for new users of our platform. The target audience consists of psychiatrists and mental health clinicians, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking credibly with a professional clinical audience. This role is in the healthcare sector, and a background in clinical or mental-health-related fields is highly desirable. Current students in these fields are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Genuinely warm, calm, and clear communication style.
Background in nursing, psychology, social work, or a related field (current students are welcome).
Comfortable conducting video calls with clinicians and professionals.
Reliable availability for scheduled call slots.
Strong spoken English.

Ability to speak knowledgeably and reassuringly with a professional clinical audience.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled 15-minute video calls with new users shortly after they sign up.
Guide users through a short demo report using provided scripts and talking points.
Answer common questions confidently and warmly.
Identify and appropriately flag issues outside of the scope of the role, based on provided guidance.
Log brief notes after each call.
