Onboarding Specialist - UK
About The Position
Nordhealth is a leading provider of cloud-based Practice Information Management Software (PIMS) for veterinary and therapy professionals. The company has experienced significant growth and is looking for a driven Onboarding Specialist to join their UK team. This role is customer-facing and fast-paced, requiring the ability to manage shifting priorities and operate outside of one's comfort zone. The ideal candidate will be resilient, positive, and collaborative, owning the onboarding journey for new veterinary customers from kick-off to go-live, including remote and onsite training across the UK.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding projects end to end, from initial scoping through to go-live
- Deliver remote and onsite training to veterinary professionals across the UK
- Configure and customise Provet to each customer's clinical workflows
- Advise customers on best practice and efficient use of the software
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across independent practices, mid-market groups, and large enterprise accounts
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery
- Share knowledge actively within the team and support the growth of colleagues around you
