About The Position

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination of the onboarding processes for new employees for all channels of CMG Financial and CMG Financial Partner Companies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to: The Onboarding Specialist manages and coordinates with all aspects of the onboarding process and acts as the initial point of contact for new employees Coordinate with all departments of CMG and all levels of management to ensure that new employees have what they need for day 1 (i.e.: equipment, email accounts, log in and systems credentials, welcome swag bag, business cards, etc.) Follow up on status of all ordered items, update the appropriate tracking log and notify the new employee and their hiring manager of all information as it becomes available Proactively manage the incoming new employee lists to hit target dates and ensure deliverables arrive ahead of schedule Coordinate and confirm the scheduling of training with the Training Department Manage the timed follow ups and surveys of new employees and monitor progress at various check in points through the first 90 days of employment Maintain various tracking logs on an active basis and follow up on pending details Works closely with the several corporate departments as well as the RED Team, Branch Development and Corporate Operations on any operational needs in preparation of start dates Partner with and support the RED Team by working to resolve incoming requests pertaining to new employees Perform various system set ups for new employees and be able to respond to basic inquiries regarding those systems Work on new and existing projects assigned by management Provide extraordinary customer service and immediate support to the new employees

Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous mortgage experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Analytical problem solver and self-starter
  • Strong technical knowledge in the use of software applications, databases, spreadsheets
  • Acute attention to detail and ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
  • Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced fluid environment with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • High level of professionalism, and excellent time management and organizational ability

Nice To Haves

  • Previous HR, administrative support or customer service experience preferred.
