Reviews and analyzes all new client applications and documentation to determine the acceptability and quality of new clients based on the company guidelines. Enters all new client information into CRM and Auris Payroll System Works with the Finance Team to address risk factors and credit approvals for each client. Works with Sales Team to collect required documentation to ensure successful payroll processing experience for the new client. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to achieve top-notch client experience and client retention. Effectively communicate and professionally represent New Client Services and Payroll Operations internally and externally. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership. Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree required or equivalent years of experience.
  • 1+ years experience in administrative, customer-facing role, sales or technology.
  • Computer literate with strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to successfully operate in an entrepreneurially-spirited work environment.
  • Must have analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills and comfortable making quality decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
  • Demonstrates high level of energy and desire to achieve optimal success.
  • Outstanding organizational and follow up skills.
