Hussle is hiring an Onboarding Manager to own the successful launch and implementation of new and expansion customers onto the platform. This role is responsible for turning signed contracts into fully deployed, adopted, and revenue-generating customers. This is not a passive project management role. This person is accountable for speed to launch, quality of implementation, and early-stage adoption signals that directly impact retention and expansion. The Onboarding Manager sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success and is responsible for ensuring every customer goes live with a clear path to activation and growth.
