Cribl
•$137,400 - $175,000•Remote

About The Position

Cribl is hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate onboarding for revenue talent. The role owns end-to-end onboarding strategy and execution for Regional Sales Managers, Regional Directors, Solution Engineers, SE Leaders, and Customer Success Engineers. It combines instructional design, interactive facilitation, and continuous improvement to accelerate time to productivity and target a 10% lift in organizational revenue contribution. The role develops tailored onboarding journeys for sales, technical, and post-sales employees; plans and facilitates approximately five interactive bootcamps each year; and builds practice environments using AI-driven roleplay, call intelligence, discovery simulations, and certification milestones. It also establishes post-onboarding skill baselines and personalized coaching, develops mentorship and manager partnerships, and works with Revenue Operations to connect onboarding milestones to ramp velocity, time to first meeting, pipeline progression, and ARR contribution. Cribl is remote-first, with work spanning multiple time zones. Occasional duties outside standard working hours may be required. In the first 90 days, the owner will audit existing onboarding, publish updated role-based architectures, build initial roleplay scenarios and knowledge checks, facilitate a bootcamp, and pilot a baseline assessment model.
