About The Position

The Finway Group, a Strongpoint partner, is seeking a Retirement Onboarding Manager to lead a team of Retirement Onboarding Specialists and deliver a seamless experience for new retirement plan clients. In this role, you will oversee the full plan onboarding process, from prior plan document review and provision mapping to recordkeeper coordination and final plan documentation. You will also coach and develop the specialists who manage this work every day. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of qualified retirement plans and a proven track record of leading people. You set clear expectations, maintain a high bar for accuracy, and build processes that scale as the business grows—all while keeping the client experience at the center of the team’s work. This is a fully remote position for candidates located in the Eastern and Central time zones only. Due to the primary locations of our client teams, preference will be given to candidates in the Atlanta area who are able to work on a hybrid schedule.
