Requirements

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1 year of experience in HR, training, employee engagement, or senior living preferred
  • Microsoft Office and HR systems experience helpful
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and lead new hire orientation and guide team members through their first days at the community
  • Ensure onboarding paperwork and documentation are completed accurately
  • Partner with department leaders to coordinate training and role preparation
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires during their first 90 days
  • Conduct 7-day, 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day check-ins
  • Answer questions, provide guidance, and help new team members feel confident in their roles
