Requirements

Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Is highly organized with excellent follow-through.
Is comfortable facilitating orientations and speaking with new team members.
Has a positive, approachable, and supportive personality.
Maintains professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Enjoys helping people grow and feel successful in their roles.
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
1+ year of experience in HR, employee engagement, training, or senior living preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Welcome and guide new team members through orientation and their first days in the community.
Ensure onboarding paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their first 90 days.
Conduct 7-day, 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day check-ins to support and engage new employees.
Partner with department leaders to coordinate training and ensure team members feel prepared for their roles.
Help new hires build relationships and feel connected to the team and workplace culture.
