ONBOARDING COORDINATOR We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical employee Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. In this role your contributions will ensure that the employee onboarding team can consistently and quickly provide a high-quality and engaging welcoming experience to SpaceX new hires. Your efforts will also help maximize the employee onboarding team's potential and impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of professional experience in marketing, human resources, customer service, or an administrative capacity

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HR, recruiting, and/or onboarding
  • Experience working daily in applicant tracking and human resources information systems
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks
  • Ability to learn quickly on the job and work in a dynamic organization with rapidly changing needs
  • High level of self-motivation, initiative, and sense of urgency to get things done
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse and Workday a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that new hires have a seamless onboarding experience from the moment they have accepted an offer
  • Schedule and prepare for weekly new hire orientation across all sites
  • Communicate with all internal stakeholders regarding the status of new hires
  • Verify the employment eligibility of all new hires
  • Evaluate current processes and implement improvements to streamline our onboarding experience
  • Provide outstanding service to our new hires by responding in a timely manner to their questions
  • Track, maintain, and order onboarding supplies as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to actively source new development resources as needed based on requests from fellow team members, the HR team, or people managers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
