We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Background Coordinator to support employment screening, compliance tracking, and onboarding coordination across our Senior Services Division. This is a 4-month assignment-based position created to support hiring and onboarding during a high-volume period. The Background Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring pre-employment background screening and onboarding compliance activities. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to ensure screenings and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
