About The Position

Onboarding Assistant Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: 612 E Lamar blvd, Arlington, Texas 76011 Work hours: Full time, 32 hours; Monday from 6am – 4:30pm, Wednesday from 8am - 4pm Thursday from 10am – 4p and Friday from 9am – 4p Department highlights: Team Oriented – We work hard but also can step back to take a breath or even laugh. Requirements

Organizational skills/clerical
Computer Skills: Microsoft Skills – Word/ Power Point (intermediate) is a plus
Web Broswers – Intermediate is a plus

Nice To Haves

Junior college experience strongly preferred
Healthcare setting experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Proctor in rooms by providing assistance with technology tasks for day one - changing passwords, access work email, access MyTalent, setting up Multifactor Authenticator.
Help with registration of new employees at orientation
Build new employee folders and goodie bags
Other duties as assigned
