OnBase Project Manager
About The Position
We are looking for an experienced OnBase Project Manager to lead enterprise content management (ECM) projects using Hyland OnBase. The ideal candidate will manage project planning, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication while ensuring successful delivery. Experience with OnBase implementations, workflow automation, document management, integrations, and system upgrades is required. You will collaborate with business users, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements, mitigate risks, and drive project execution. Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. PMP certification and healthcare, insurance, or financial services experience are preferred. This is a remote position.
