Intermediate OnBase Development and Sustainment
About The Position
Ailani Wind Joint Venture is seeking an Intermediate OnBase Development and Sustainment professional to provide comprehensive technical support for AFOSI’s Hyland OnBase environments across both classified and unclassified domains. This support encompasses the administration and maintenance of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform, including Disk Groups, Document Types, Keyword configurations, and Client (Unity/Web) deployment. This position shall provide end-to-end development and sustainment of OnBase solutions. This includes designing and maintaining Unity Forms, configuring Workflow logic (timers, rules, actions), and managing Document Import Processors (DIP). The Contractor shall serve as the primary technical interface for stakeholders, facilitating the digitization of manual processes and ensuring the integrity of stored records.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Hyland OnBase System Administrator, specifically demonstrating the ability to design and maintain workflows, forms, and custom logic.
- Proven expertise in configuring core OnBase components, including Document Types, Keyword Types, and Auto-Fill Keyword Sets.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing Disk Groups and ensuring the integrity of storage volumes within OnBase.
- Hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting the OnBase Unity Client and Web Server environments.
- Ability to design and implement complex Workflow Life Cycles, incorporating System Work, Timers, and Notification features.
- Proficiency in designing sophisticated Unity Forms, including the application of custom logic, data validation, and dynamic visibility settings.
- Experience with OnBase Application Enabler or Workview (Case Management) solutions.
- Capability to configure DIP (Document Import Processor) and COLD/ERM for automated data ingestion into OnBase.
- Familiarity with SQL for effectively querying the OnBase database for reporting needs and troubleshooting activities.
- High school diploma or GED.

- Experience supporting DAF or AFOSI mission applications and users.
Responsibilities
- Performing patching, sustainment, break fix, and administration for the application
- Establish and maintain OnBase Disk Groups, Document Types, and Keyword configurations to organize agency records.
- Coordinate and troubleshoot the deployment of OnBase Web and Unity Clients to end-user workstations.
- Monitor data stores, validate record indexing, and ensure the long-term stability of stored electronic files.
- Build and customize OnBase Unity Forms to replace manual paper documentation and streamline data entry.
- Program lifecycle routing rules, timers, and conditional logic within the OnBase Workflow engine.
- Configure and maintain Document Import Processors (DIP) to automate the bulk intake and indexing of external digital files.
- Administer identical OnBase infrastructure across both unclassified networks (NIPRNet) and classified networks (SIPRNet).
- Troubleshoot application bugs, workflow log bottlenecks, and form validation errors.
- Act as the subject matter expert to translate mission requirements into scalable OnBase platform solutions.
