Long Prairie Packing Company LLC, an American Foods Group Company, has an opportunity for an On the Job Trainer. As an On the Job Trainer, you will train new hires and existing employees to perform assigned position(s) within established guidelines and time-frame. You will participate in creating standardized training approaches and materials, enforce all company-required safety policies and procedures, and monitor new hires’ work practices for safety and quality workmanship. You will also comply with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including documentation of attendance, maintain training records, and submit all required administrative paperwork and reports on schedule. Attending and participating in meetings as required to identify training needs and achieving new hire retention goals are also key aspects of this role.
