About The Position

The On-Site Supervisor is responsible for managing a client's production line operations, ensuring smooth workflow and acting as the primary point of contact between the client and associates. This role requires being physically present at the client site, managing attendance, filling staffing gaps, maintaining client communication, and handling various administrative and logistical tasks to ensure operational efficiency and associate satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Comfortable running in-person and phone interviews with sharp attention to detail
Solid with Microsoft and/or Google Suite
Prior ATS experience is a plus

Staffing agency experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

Open the site and set the tone for the day.
Run attendance and manage call-offs.
Fill staffing gaps to prevent downstream impacts.
Walk the floor, check in with associates, and communicate with client supervisors.
Approve timecards and ensure accuracy.
Document incidents.
Handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
Anticipate and solve staffing shortages.
Hold associates accountable while remaining fair.
Manage site numbers related to attendance, retention, and productivity.
Act as the primary point of contact and build trust with client leadership and associates.
Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and new hire paperwork.
Lead first-day logistics for new associates.
Support payroll by maintaining clean and accurate timecards.
Check in with clients and associates to proactively address issues.
Partner with recruiters and Branch Manager on workforce planning.
Escalate issues to the branch only when necessary.
