About The Position

Office & Mailroom Coordinator We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Office Services & Mailroom Coordinator to support daily office operations. In this role, you will manage mail and shipping services, operate scanning and copy equipment, coordinate office support requests, and ensure office services run smoothly. This position works closely with employees and vendors to provide exceptional workplace support. Please note: The office is shared with a friendly Explosives Detection Labrador , so candidates must be comfortable working around dogs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in office services, mailroom, print/copy, administrative support, or customer service preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable operating office equipment and learning new technologies.
  • Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments.
  • Operate and maintain copiers, scanners, postage equipment, and related office technology.
  • Perform scanning, document production, and basic fulfillment services.
  • Respond to office service requests and provide excellent customer support.
  • Set up conference rooms and assist with office events and furniture arrangements.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and restock as needed.
  • Maintain service logs and records.
  • Deliver completed projects and materials throughout the facility.
  • Support filing, document management, and records retention activities.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, bindery, and other office services as needed.
