About The Position

Modernize the Onsite Service structure and operating procedures. Align our services and practices to the targeted customers and applications. Promote the business through direct visits and all media and methods.

Requirements

  • BA or S Degree with engineering or other technical training.
  • Knowledge of Site Services and the relevant technical applications.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and language.
  • Excellent skills in communication (verbal and written).
  • Strong leadership of employees.
  • Problem solving ability and an innate sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Administrative and computing skills and proficiency.
  • Ability to travel by ground and air (with valid drivers’ license, passport, TWIC).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in business development, technical sales and marketing a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and train a technical crew to perform the services.
  • Develop standards to work with operations leadership on staff availability and allocation.
  • Update/modernize policies and practices related to the service of the employees, their engagement of the customers and the performance of the work.
  • Promote the business through all means including customer/prospective customers site visits and walk downs to identify new business and/or resolve current issues.
  • Develop business approaches and service offerings to win new business and deny competition.
  • Create, prepare and present presentations, proposals and/or quotations and service contracts to customers/prospects based on customer needs.
  • Assume other activities and responsibilities as directed.
