Requirements

Bilingual Spanish/English required to communicate effectively with employees and supervisors regarding production instructions, safety procedures, and daily operations.
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Professional, dependable, and client-focused attitude
Comfortable using computer systems, email, and basic office technology
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in staffing, HR, administrative support, or customer service preferred

Responsibilities

Provide on-site administrative support to staffing operations
Maintain accurate employee records, files, and documentation
Support compliance procedures and help ensure policy adherence
Assist with onboarding, employee check-ins, and new hire processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with client supervisors and employees
Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and daily workforce needs
Communicate employee updates, attendance issues, and operational needs as appropriate
Assist with general HR, staffing coordination, and administrative tasks as needed
Provide professional, responsive support to employees and client contacts
