About The Position

Accurate Personnel is seeking a resilient, high-energy On-Site Coordinator who excels when the stakes are high. This isn’t a standard 9-to-5 role; we need a warrior who can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced warehouse environment, pivot instantly when priorities shift, and resolve workplace conflicts with professional poise. This role requires a "whatever it takes" mindset and availability for extended hours and overtime, often with little to no notice, to support our client's changing production needs.

Requirements

Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially when faced with last-minute schedule changes or operational pivots.
At least 1 year of experience in the warehouse or industrial staffing industry.
Ability to create and edit spreadsheets, and work with Novatime or Timerack to support payroll.
Support diversity and comply with EEO standards.
Strong ability to work independently and make firm, fair decisions on the fly.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of GMPs is a plus.
Fluency in English & Spanish is highly preferred to effectively communicate across a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving associate grievances, behavioral issues, and site-level disputes.
De-escalate situations in real-time while maintaining company standards.
Manage field employees (attendance, coaching, and terminations) in an environment where priorities can change by the hour.
Walk the floor at least 3x daily to identify potential safety or personnel issues before they escalate.
Monitor time clock usage for attendance and payroll.
Act as the vital bridge between the client and Accurate leadership, providing transparent reporting even during high-stress shifts.
